Cancellation and Refund Policy
(In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act,2008)

At Black Key Solutions, we are committed to transparent and fair business practices in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA),2008. This policy explains our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Period
​
Clients may cancel their agreement or service within 10 days business days from the date of payment or signing of the service agreement.
Refunds Within 10 Days
​
Cancelations made within the 10-day period may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of any reasonable administrative or processing fees for work already carried out (such as credit checks, document preparation, or dealership coordination.)

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of the approved cancellation.

No Refund After 10 days
​
After the 10 day cancellation period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cases where the client chooses not to proceed with the finance process or changes their mind.

Admin Fees
​
All administrative fees are non-refundable once the service process has begun.
​
These costs cover administrative work and third-party charges incurred on your behalf.
​
Completion of Service
​
Once the service has been completed, submitted to a dealership, or a credit application has been processed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
